The way professional services companies market themselves has changed greatly over the past several years, triggered largely by the Internet and the novel marketing opportunities it has opened up. The world of marketing and communications is now arguably more digital than not, with instruments for branding and communications that our predecessors could only have dreamt about. Despite all this, one thing has remained the same at Korn Ferry.
Our brand’s reputation rests on the contact we have with candidates and clients each day. Despite the emergence of new marketing channels, the real basis of the success for the KF brand has always been its people — the employees that represent the brand with competence and passion and provide the utmost in service for our clients. I am proud to say I have seen that this commitment applies to consultants and support staff alike. Each is an ambassador for the brand, representing our values and growing competencies since the founding of the Firm by Lester Korn and Richard Ferry. Each has helped to expand KF from its traditional executive search roots to the holistic talent management solutions provider it is today through their good work over the past decades. Knowing this and being part of the Firm’s exciting journey has been my motivation since joining KF in 2007.
